Working with Adults
There is no greater gift that we can give ourselves than continued psychological, emotional, and relationship growth. Therapy is one way of achieving this. My hope is to co-create a space where you feel accepted, seen, challenged, inspired, motivated, and valued, so that you can step into your own courage, boldness, peace, love. Some reasons that my clients come to see me include: anxiety, parenting challenges, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, perfectionism, eating disorders, chronic health challenges, unhealthy relationship patterns, lack of confidence, and grief over the loss of a human or pet family member. Additionally, I have experience working with clients who are struggling with issues related to LGBTQ identity. For those seeking to create more meaningful relationships, a more fulfilling career, or a healthier family life, therapy can be incredibly helpful.
In my work with adult clients, I use a variety of strategies depending on your specific needs including cognitive-behavioral therapy, exposure/response prevention, acceptance & commitment therapy, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, movement, and meditation.
