Therapy is a powerful form of self-care. It is an active choice to invest in our personal life, career, relationships and family. My hope is to co-create a space where you feel valued, understood, challenged, and inspired, so that you can step into more confidence and build the life you want. Some reasons that clients come to see me include: anxiety, parenting challenges, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, perfectionism, eating disorders, chronic health challenges, lack of confidence, and grief over the loss of a human or pet family member. Additionally, I often work with clients who are struggling with issues related to LGBTQ identity.
